General Order Information:
-We can only accept one coupon code per transaction.Discount codes are only valid on Tops & Dresses and can not be applied to accessories.
-Completed orders leave our facility within 48 hours
-Discount codes & gift cards are only valid on the main website and are not able to be used in our VIP Groups or other social media promos.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders in the continental United States.
Defective Merchandise: If you feel your merchandise is defective please contact us within 3 Business days and include a picture of defect.
Farrah Ann’s Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping once items leave our facility.
Tracking & Delivery: Farrah Ann’s Boutique will provide you tracking for all of your orders. Once an item is marked delivered by USPS you will need to contact your local carrier for any additional information regarding your delivery.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
Returns:

Merchandise can be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only and will be accepted within 14 days of your original delivered date.

When making a return, please include original receipt as well as a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
All items returned must have original tags, must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors such as cigarette smoke and not have any stains caused by customer.
Once your items is approved for a return, you will receive an email with a code for your online credit redemption.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt of item at our facility.
